Erfgooiersbos, Holland
Profitant d’une belle éclaircie, nous quittons la ville pour explorer la campagne hollandaise. Gijs nous emmène en balade avec sa chienne Mazzel dans l’Erfgooiersbos, une magnifique forêt située dans une réserve naturelle au sud-est d’Amsterdam.
Nous en profitons également pour savourer un délicieux brunch avec des Pannenkoeken, une spécialité qui se situe entre la crêpe et le pancake. Un véritable régal ! On se gâte !
Taking advantage of a beautiful break in the weather, we leave the city to explore the Dutch countryside. Gijs takes us on a walk with his dog, Mazzel, through the Erfgooiersbos, a lovely forest in a nature reserve southeast of Amsterdam.
We also take the opportunity to enjoy a delightful brunch with traditional Pannenkoeken, which are somewhere between crepes and pancakes. A real treat!
