Whananaki Holiday Park : 0km
Il a plu comme pas possible toute la nuit jusqu’à ce matin. Il y a encore un vent de fou qui nous souffle dessus. On fait un zero aujourd’hui pour attendre que ça passe d’ici la fin de journée ou demain.
Le ciel se dégage bien en fin de matinée, on regrette presque de ne pas être finalement aussi parti aujourd’hui. Ma foi, on s’est décidé avec les infos qu’on avait…
On en profite pour rattraper notre retard sur le blog et Instagram pendant l’aprèm. Mais au bout d’un moment, on transite vers la piscine dans laquelle on pique une tête pendant que le soleil est encore dans les parages. L’eau est très froide mais ça fait beaucoup de bien. Surtout avec un peu de soleil pour se réchauffer.
On découvre aussi qu’il y a juste à côté de notre cabine un enclos avec 2 chèvre à longues oreilles pendantes trop choues. Elles ont un bêlement tellement adorable :’)
On termine la journée autour de la table avec chacun son repas. Pour la plupart des pâtes en tout genres. Sean de prépare une monstrueuse mixture en mélangeant des nouilles instantanées avec de la purée de patate en poudre. Son succès est discutable ^^
It rained like hell all night until this morning. There is still a crazy wind blowing over us. We’re doing a zero today to wait for it to… blow over (heh) by the end of the day or tomorrow.
The sky is clearing up well at the end of the morning, we almost regret not having finally left today. But oh well, we made up our minds with the information we had…
We take this opportunity to catch up on the blog and Instagram during the afternoon. But after a while, we go to the pool where we take a dip while the sun is still around. The water is very cold but it feels very good. Especially with some sun to warm up.
We also discover that there is just next to our cabin an enclosure with 2 goats with long hanging ears that are so cute. They have such an adorable bleat :’)
We end the day all together around the table with each our own meals. For most of us pastas of all kinds. Sean decided to cook a monstrosity mixing together instant noodles with powdered mash potatoes. It is a questionable success ^^
