Premier zero du voyage (jour où on ne marche aucun km le long de la marche) ! Après un grasse mat’ jusqu’à 9:30 (c’est tard pour nous ok :p) et un petit déjeuner dans la cuisine de l’hostel, on s’attaque vers 11:00 au blog et à l’éditing de photos pour essayer de rattraper une partie de notre retard haha. C’est aussi l’occasion de faire quelques autres achats pour tenter de traiter nos pieds du mieux possible contre ces maudites cloques.

Nous profitons du soleil qui refait son apparition pour faire un rapide saut dans la piscine du motel lié à l’hostel où nous logeons. L’eau est très fraîche ! Mais ça fait beaucoup de bien. Il y a un hot tub aussi de disponible mais il ne semble pas fonctionner correctement, grosse déception 😦

Pour finir en beauté, nous préparons en équipe une énorme carbonara à partager entre nous 7 (Gijs, Sean, Neele, Marie, Collin et nous deux). Une grand réussite ! C’est un vrai régal.

À la suite de ça, Gijs nous fait jouer à un jeu de dé bien fun qu’il a emporté avec lui: le Qwixxx. On y joue jusqu’à l’heure de la fermeture de la cuisine vers 22:00, moment auquel nous décidons d’aller nous coucher pour finir de reprendre de force pour la journée de demain.

First zero of the trip (day when we do not walk along the walk)! After a late wake-up ar 9:30 (it’s late for us ok :p) and a breakfast in the kitchen of the hostel, we start to work at around 11:00 on the blog and the photo editing to try to empty a bit of our backlog haha. It is also an opportunity to make some other purchases to try to treat our feet as best as possible against these damned blisters.

We also take advantage of the sun which reappears to take a quick dip in the pool of the motel linked to the hostel where we stay. The water is very fresh but it does a lot of good. There is also a hot tub available but it does not seem to be working properly, big disappointment 😦

To top it all off, we prepare as a team a huge carbonara to share between us 7 (Gijs, Sean, Neele, Marie, Collin and both of us). It’s a great success!

Following that, Gijs shows us a fun game that he took with him: the Qwixxx. We play it until the kitchen closes at around 10:00 p.m., when we decide to go to bed to regain some strength for the upcoming days.
